Your only option is to fix it manually then as instructed earlier. There's only so much we can do to fix collation mismatches. If you're unable to do so then please PM backend super user login credentials and will attempt additional fixes specific to your install.

Ok, it seams like your table collation is correct, but the column itself isn't. I've added another fix in a new CB Activity build release that also scans individual column collations as well to convert the table collation. Hopefully this will finally work for you. Am also looking into improving CBs database fix tools to detect column collation problems too. Please try now latest CB Activity build release and see if that fixes it for you.
